Tiffany Black is the Director of community based Adult Services. She started working for Sunshine School & Development Center in June 2022. Tiffany has a Bachelor of Science in Social Work as well as a Bachelor’s in Science in Psychology with an emphasis in Rehabilitation. She comes to Sunshine School & Development with a wealth of knowledge in adult programs.

 

For over 20 years, Tiffany has developed and implemented high quality programs for individuals with autism, other developmental disabilities, and behavior disorders in Iowa, Missouri, and parts of Kansas.

Tiffany’s mission is to provide innovative programs and services that help reduce the stigma of developmental disabilities for individuals and their families — and help them reach their full potential in family, work, and community life. Tiffany is passionate about providing leadership and direction for strategic planning and ensuring financial sustainability all while continuing the growth to meet the community’s needs. She is a team builder who thrives in fast-changing and adverse environments with high integrity, strong character, and an unyielding work ethic.

When not working Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family. She loves the outdoors, being on the lake, taking in a show or finding the waterfalls of Arkansas. She has two grandsons she absolutely loves being with, along with a daughter and two stepchildren.
